From 2008-2010, I signed on with noted Cajun Chef & Zydeco Blues musician, Mel Melton, to launch his Louisiana Restaurant/Roadhouse here in South Durham. From running the front door to booking bands to producing newsletter, website content, and events - it was massively memorable.
