Though a few images are from St. Petersburg and Moscow, most of these photographs were taken in my Sister City of Voronezh.

In my daily explorations, the visual drama of a world in a time-warp intrigued me - going forwards and backwards at the same time. I imagine the lack of resources and structure to guide progress must be discouraging.
